Step onto the private balcony where the salty breeze rolls through, dive into one of two swimming pools, or cook homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

This 3rd-floor, 3BR/2BA condo sets the stage for easy memories. The living room invites you in with comfortable seating, a SmartTV, and balcony access. The master suite has a king bed and private en suite bath, with balcony access for morning coffee or evening drinks in the Gulf breeze. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a premium mattress, the third holds two full beds, and both share a spacious bathroom. Every bedroom has a SmartTV with cable and streaming, and an in-unit washer and dryer leaves laundry worries behind.

Beachside Villas is a family-friendly community in the heart of Seagrove: two pools - one seasonally heated - lighted tennis and pickleball with equipment at the on-site HOA office, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and Eastern Lake access for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. The location is quiet and tucked away, yet a stone's throw from The Hub, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and WaterColor shops and eateries, with parking for two cars at the villa.

Getting to the Beach
Beachside Villas guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline, all within a short walk or a quick ride on the community's seasonal beach shuttle. Three access points are nearby. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk connects directly to the community for the fastest route to the sand. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 5-minute walk and is also served by the shuttle. Walton Dunes Public Beach is reachable by shuttle and offers beach chair rentals if you want to travel light.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
