Inside, you'll find over 1,000 square feet of well-appointed living space, including a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for six, and a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV and private balcony to let those Gulf breezes roll in. The king bedroom, a second bedroom with two full beds, and a queen third bedroom sleep 8, each with its own Smart TV for wind-down evenings, and the in-unit washer and dryer makes mid-vacation laundry easy.

Outside your door, two sparkling community pools, pickleball and tennis courts, and Eastern Lake access await. Rent bikes from the two on-site vendors, grill out at the community BBQs, challenge the family to shuffleboard, or paddle around the lake. You're just minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach, surrounded by top-rated restaurants, boutique shopping, and the bike paths that wind through the best of 30A.

Getting to the Beach
Beachside Villas guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline, all within a short walk or a quick ride on the community's seasonal beach shuttle. Three access points are nearby. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk connects directly to the community for the fastest route to the sand. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 5-minute walk and is also served by the shuttle. Walton Dunes Public Beach is reachable by shuttle and offers beach chair rentals if you want to travel light.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
